Do I need to flue my chimney if I install the Cara?

The Cara comes standard with a stainless steel flue adaptor & 12" length of rigid pipe (worth up to €150) which will flue your Cara directly up the chimney.

Do I need to line my chimney before installing the Cara?

This depends on the quality of your chimney. If your chimney is relatively new or in good condition, there is no need to get it lined. However if you have concerns, we recommend that a flue liner of diameter 125mm be used to line the chimney, the liner should be approved for use with solid fuel.

Do I have a choice of the number of ovens and their sizes?

The Brandon and the Donard offer you a large capacity cooking oven (47 litres) and a secondary warming oven while the Alpha our largest Stanley cooker had 2 large capacity 56 litre ovens. The Comeragh has one large capacity main oven (51 litres) with a lower storage compartment, and the Errigal has one large capacity oven only (51 litres).
