If you are having difficulties using your Waterford Stanley product please contact our service area on the below numbers:

Before you call our service area please check the following:
Stanley Ranges and Stoves
- Please check your fuel supply to ensure that you have sufficient levels of oil and gas to run your appliance.
- Please check the shut off valve at your fuel supply to make sure it is not shut off.
- Please check that your remote acting fire valve has not shut down.
- Please check that both the burner and thermostat rest buttons have been pressed.
- Please check that you have a display on your programmer (Brandon only) If you don't, please:
a) Press the reset button on the time clock or
b) Press the bottom left hand thermostat reset button.
- As our oil and gas ranges are dependant on electricity please ensure that all fuses etc are intact.
- Make sure you get the highest level of performance from your Stanley by having it serviced every 12 months by an authorised Stanley engineer.
